Yet Another Beach Trip...and some exciting news!

Okay, some POTENTIALLY exciting news lol, and you'll have to wait until the end to hear it ;)

Anyways, I think it's safe to say that we like going to the beach, especially in California! There's something about it that makes the whole experience a little more relaxing than our previous trips to Galveston beach in Texas haha. Those who live there know what I mean! There's nothing quite like hills of seaweed blocking your view of the lovely murky ocean. The beaches here are totally the opposite of that, which we LOVE.

We made another trip to our favorite beach last weekend when Colin's old roommate visited for our friend's wedding. I didn't really feel like going that day but I manned up at dragged my sorry butt over there with them! Now I'm so glad I went because we had a spontaneous teeny photoshoot haha. I haven't had the opportunity to take pictures in a photoshoot setting for a while since we still don't really know people here, so I was more than happy to take advantage of Colin, his friend and their cute friendship at the beach! It made for a pretty cute setting I thought :)

I'm pretty happy with how these came out for a 3 minute photo-shoot haha. Half the reason I love them is because the light in the last few photos is absolutely gorgeous! Hopefully my portrait photography picks up soon, then I will be a happy lady. There is one factor I'm pretty happy about that may boost my photography...we might be moving to Irvine, a much nicer area, in about a month so hopefully there will be more families there for me to take pictures of! Fingers crossed!!
